(Hong Kong, 9 December 2021) Today, following the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA)’s 49th annual general meeting (AGM), the HKICPA Council elected FONG Wan Huen, Loretta as President, LEUNG Sze Kit, Roy and AU Chun Hing as Vice-Presidents.

Loretta FONG is a CPA (practising) and has served on the Council since 2017.

Ms. Fong is currently the Entrepreneurial Group Leader of the Assurance Division of PwC Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in providing accounting, audit and consulting services for public and private companies. She has proven experience in leading initial public offerings in Hong Kong and the United States. She is currently the Chairman of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee and the Professional Development Committee, and has also been involved in the Executive Committee and Greater Bay Area Committee in recent years.

Vice-President Roy LEUNG has served on the Council since 2018. Vice-President AU Chun Hing served on Council from 2019 to 2020 before returning this year.

At the Council election, the following seven members were elected to serve for a term of two years: AU Chun Hing; LAW Cheuk Kin, Stephen; LEE Shun Yi, Jasmine; LEUNG Sze Kit, Roy; LIU Kwok Tai, Teddy; TSE Hoi Fat; and YUNG Shek Bong.

The existing elected members who will hold office for one more year until their two-year term ends are AU Ki Lun; CHAN Wai Hon, Alan; CHENG Chung Ching, Raymond; CHENG Ho Long; FONG Wan Huen, Loretta; LAM Chi Yuen, Nelson; and WONG Wing Hei.

The Government has also re-appointed AU King Lun, MH, PhD and WONG Kam Pui, Wilfred, BBS, JP as lay members of the Council for a term of two years from 1 December 2021 to 30 November 2023. The two other government-appointed lay members Agnes CHOI Heung Kwan, MH and Theresa NG Choi Yuk, JP will fulfil the second year of their terms.

In addition, there are two ex-officio members of the Council. Kitty TSUI, representative of the Financial Secretary, and Susanna CHEUNG, Director of Accounting Services.

The immediate past president of the Institute is Raymond CHENG.

香港會計師公會選出新一屆會長及理事會成員

（香港，二零二一年十二月九日）香港會計師公會（「公會」）在今天舉行的第49屆周年大會後，公會理事會選出方蘊萱為會長，而梁思傑及歐振興獲選為副會長。

方蘊萱為公會執業會計師，自二零一七年起服務公會理事會。

方女士現時為羅兵咸永道香港企業家客戶小組審計主管合夥人。她於會計、審計，以及上市公司和私人企業諮詢服務方面擁有廣泛經驗，曾協助多家大型企業於香港及美國完成首次公開招股。她現任審計與鑒證準則委員會及專業進修委員會主席、並參於執行委員會及粵港澳大灣區委員會等會務。

副會長梁思傑自二零一八年起加入理事會。副會長歐振興則於二零一九至二零二零年為理事會成員，並於今年再度加入理事會。

於理事會選舉中，當選的七位理事任期為兩年，包括歐振興、羅卓堅、李舜兒、梁思傑、廖國泰、謝海發及翁碩邦。

將履行第二年任期的現任理事包括區紀倫、陳維漢、鄭中正、鄭皓朗、方蘊萱、林智遠及王榮熙。

政府亦再度委任區景麟，MH，PhD及黃錦沛，BBS，JP為公會理事會的業外成員，任期由二零二一年十二月一日至二零二三年十一月三十日，為期兩年。另外兩名現任由政府委任的業外成員為蔡香君，MH及吳彩玉，JP，將會履行其第二年任期。

此外，公會理事會的當然理事由財政司司長代表徐麗貞及庫務署署長張秀蘭擔任。
